A Plague Upon our House!

Yup, we've been sick - epic sick, the kind where you want to die - sick, the entire month of February SICK!  We started off slow, with an misdiagnosed ingrown toenail for Skyler (stupid clinic doctor said it was a blister and to keep it dry when we should have been soaking it!)

Because of this, it is STILL not better, almost 1 month later!

Then Lucius burned his forehead on the glass of the fireplace!  The girls said he burnt his hand so I ran it under water for 15 minutes (during which he calmed down- "oooo splashy the water") only to find out his hand was fine and it was his HEAD!  ACK!

Then my throat swelled closed - (dang, forgot to take a picture LOL)  Welcome to Strep Throat City, Population: ME! 3 days in bed! 

............Then we all fall like Domino's!

1st Snuffy, then Serenity, then I take EVERYONE to the Doctor's for throat swabs!  Yup, we've ALL got it!  We also find out Lucius has a raging ear infection!

I have one day respite, where we go to Science World for a Spark sleepover!

This is apparently an EBOLA hotzone Becauuuusssssseeee - I got a chest cold!  AAAAAAAA!

..........Once again, we all fall like Domino's! 

Stick a fork in me, because I am DONE!  So sick of being sick!  Hope everyone else had a good February - I'm ready to see it end!  What's up with you?

Monkey Man

Oh how I loooove this monkey costume!  Forgot to get pics of little man on Halloween, so I dressed him up a week later and snapped 1,000,000 shots.  These are my faves.

Really loving little mini pics, must remember to develop more of those! I bribed him with the camera lens cover, mmmmm tasty!  Do you bribe your subjects?  with what?

Stand Tall

I love this picture of Lucius.  He's so proud to be standing all on his own!

Adding a bit of bling, buttons and pop dots to a cut out rocket really adds something.

Please ignore the red "blood" dripping behind his head!  That was the colored bubble massacre.  Any milestones for you?

Lucius Love

I created this page with no picture on it FOREVER ago.  I could never find the picture I wanted and I thought it would be a black and white one.  However, when I saw his blue eyes pop against the heart, I had to use this one.

It took a VERY long time to punch, glue and add liquid pearls to each heart, but I love the effect.  Definitely do something like this again sometime.

Funny how I have the patience to do this, but grocery shopping KILLS me!  (I loathe people getting in my way and long line ups).  What makes you impatient?

Lucius Lookin Smart

I haven't been creating pages for awhile so I dug right in and found some half finished projects (like my smash book) and it was amazing to finish a bunch of pages in very little time!

Poor Lucius, I looked at his pathetic excuse for a scrapbook (the girls already all having at least 2) and saw that he only had 4 pages! GASP!  Can that be right?  Oh the shame!  So he's gonna be the focus for the next little bit!

Love Love this picture of my baby reading my library book before he can really even sit up on his own!  I REALLY love to read and will be passing this on to all my kiddos!   Read anything good lately?
