Q is for Quirky Family Portraits drawn by Rayna and embellished by Serenity! I found it hard to find a Q word LOL!
Some of you may have already heard this story - I am so glad to have scrapped it so quickly!
You can click on the picture to make it larger!
Do you take yearly family portraits?

So fun! I think it's great that you scrapbook their "artistic" moments! :)
I remember you posting these pictures, I love that you have scrapped them!
It feels good to scrap things right away doesn't it? SUPER page:-)
What a fun Q post. quality.
I love to see how the girls portray themselves and their family. I think it is even more fun when they explain everything to you. It always brings a smile to my face. I really like the colors you chose for the LO. Beautiful job as always. :)
Great Q post! lol
Have a fantatic weekend!
XOXO LOLA:)
What a great idea for a post! We don't take annual pictures.
Hi Carrie,
It is hard to find something at the last minute especially when you have a litte family of 3 kids. You did really well. Thanks for the visit and sharing.
Anne-Marie with a dash!
I wish I was better about getting a regular family picture taken. . .I was just lamenting that the other day.
I need to get on the ball and just get it done.
Thanks for stopping by.
Have a great Q day!
How awesome, I love that you scrapped this!
This is so neat that you scrapped this. Your family will always be able to remember this. Great Q post.
Yearly? Nope. Good idea though! :) I scrapbook too. Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog.
I remember the story, wow you get things scrapped fast!
Oh, so I am not alone loving all things Disney! :) YEAH!
Anyway, your scrapbooking layouts are way cool.
Thanks for visiting my blog -- it has been a pleasure to meet you. :)
Smiles,
Birgit
PS: I once saw Roy Disney when he held a little speech at the premiere of "Pocahontas" here in Munich, Germany. What a wonderful, magical evening...
Wow, what a great page! I haven't scrap booked in years...the boys' baby books stop at age 2...and they're 13 and 10. Got a lot of catching up to do! Thanks for the inspiration, and thanks for visiting Life is Good.
I would love to be quality scrapper like you please teach me
Those are just so pretty! I love kids' art.
I love this! What a great idea for a page. Scrapbooking makes me happy. :)
Thanks for visiting me! I'll be back to visit you more, too.
Hi Laterg8r,
I'm sorry to say that we have not had a professional family portrait made in over 16 years! One of those things that you always intend on doing but never manage to get it done!. Now, we have had plenty of impromptu Kodak moments which are equally as precious to our hearts.
Thanks for stopping by the farmhouse for a visit today! Hope you return soon.
that is so cute. Tell Steve he can't disown her, no matter what!
I love this page! What a great keepsake, it may be valuable when she has work exhibited somewhere. But then again, it's already priceless :) Kathy
So lovely, you have such a good eye for this! How are you feeling? /have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by my post!
What a great way to keep things, this scrapbooking, much better than a big cardboard box full of photos.
Very cute. I love that you got all the details down to remember it later. I only wish I would make the time to scrapbook. What a great thing you are doing for your kids!
Your scrapbook pages are always fun to see. Love the way you journal for these pages. I've not done any scrapbooks in over a year. I need to get myself going again. Thanks for sharing these creative pieces.
What great images to scrap! Beth
Thanks for stopping by my place and leaving your kindness behind.
Love this idea.
What a fun post and what great journalling! I love how you are capturing all these moments for your family.
You are making such a treasure.
Did I tell you what I do on some of my scrapbook pages?
If the back is plain I write on them.
Like a quote or just an admiration of who's page it is.
I wonder if someday they might find it and get an extra little dose of love from a Grandma or a Mom that is long gone!
Your posts are always so enjoyable.
Thanks for making Alphabe-Thursday such a treasure!
A+
Your scrapbook pages are so beautiful! I wish I was that creative!!
You celebrate the most precious daily life moments. It's a lovely page. Hope you are feeling good.
what a great idea to scrap this....they will get such a kick out of it later!
What a crafty idea...thanks for a wonderful post...Peace and blessings
very cute! and..your handwriting is amazing!
That is lovely! I really regret not having more family portraits taken over the years - we have huge gaps of the four of us!
Oh I clicked on both, soooo hysterical. It's so good to have scrapped it!

Reminds me of my little ones' pictures on their walls...I am going to take pics before I paint! great layout.
We haven't done a family picture since my boys were small...now that I have a new daughter-in-law, we should do it. We do have a nice wedding photo but my oldest son, who was deployed to Germany for several months - and left the week before the wedding - isn't in it!
Adorable, the art work and the pages.
So adorable!
Awww! Adorable family portraits from such creative artists! :o)
Blessings & Aloha!
I loved that both girls were in on this artistic rendition of your family portraits :o)
