Well, since I went overboard for Serenity's party earlier in the year I had to do it for Rayna too!
This is a sign I painted:
These are the treats we gave out after we played (a) follow the white rabbit (aka follow the leader) - their favourite! (b) pin the grin on the Cheshire cat (see pictures to follow) and (c) painting the roses red
We used these roses for the relay race "painting the roses red" and these poor girls couldn't do a relay race to save their lives. Apparently it's a skill learned in Kindergarten because Serenity was great at it. The rest of the girls didn't know how to tag someone in line, gently placed the rose in the vase and then forgot that they were racing and sometimes didn't even know what to do when tagged. Veeeerrrrrryyy funny to watch though! LOL
Serenity did all of these characters below to help decorate the kitchen too!
These are the giant flowers I drew, painted and glittered up for the garden:"You are a WEED!"
Ok, so one has whompy eyes - big deal! LOL
These are the centre pieces: (love the bread and butterflies)
So easy to make the tags with the free Alice in Wonderland font from the Internet. The A's had little hearts in the centre!
This is the Cheshire cat grin and the "Pin the Grin" game I made:
This is the rabbit hole (which I stuck on the gate):
This is Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum: (cut out of aluminum by a friend and painted by Super Sarah)
This is the caterpillar Sarah made (and the smoke letters I made):
This is the Mad Hatter (also made by Sarah!)
This is the table all set and ready to go:
This is the ceiling: (remember Wordless Wednesday?)
These are the goodie bags: (I cut the teapots out of felt and glittered the steam)
This is the girl that loooooves it all and her super duper Auntie Sarah:
Totally worth the MANY MANY hours spent by myself and her Auntie Sarah!
PS - I just noticed that this is also my 400th post! Can you believe it???
