Sleep deprivation is a cumulative thing. One minute you think you are doing fine, the next, you walk into a wall! LOL So I thought I would share with you how I am feeling today. This is my ode to sleep:
There is a tractor beam in my bedroom,
It's inside my beautiful, soft, pillow top, king size bed!
It becons me with a whisper and I yearn to answer.
It's even dangerous to put away the laundry because
I could be sucked inFace down
Fully clothed
For at least 36 hours!
So I avoid my bedroom like the plague
And hope that the sandman can't find me
In the livingroom!
All I really want to hear from Snuffy are those three little words (No, not "I love you") "Have a nap!"

I'm such a fan of naps...seriously, my youngest is 13 and I'm still trying to catch up on my sleep:)

oh he is such a sweetie!!! and dont worry, one day you will catch up on your sleep ... i can tell ya from experience it happens one night when your kids are all home and safe and warm and grown up enough to stay out of trouble and not get into trouble and the stars align and .... yeah, i'm still waiting for the day and i just have one ... (((hugs)))
These pic's of Lucius are adorable. He so looks like he is sleeping with his wrench! Love your musings on how your bed calls to you. I agree that when your tired - avoid the bedroom - it does beckon.

I'm tired of a lot of things these days. But mostly I am tired of not having my mojo. It's been gone almost a year now and I just cant stand it!
