Charmed...

I'm sure! My mom's church has an event called Trunk or Treat every year for the little kids. Everyone decorated their trunks in the church parking lot and kid can trick or treat through the rows of cars until all the candy is gone :D

This year they got glow in the dark bracelettes that provided all the fun for the ride home!

These glitter letters are quite interesting. The font makes it hard to read for some letters but easy to interchange letters. The r looks like an upside down j!

I am usually too lazy to cover chipboard so I buy it white or don't bother. However, Hayley had these adorable Maya Road trees and I couldn't resist them. She's so sweet to give some to me - she rocks, go check out her blog!

I absolutely loooove this Making Memories patterned paper! Really wish I'd bought more of it!

Picture of the Day
I've been going to the hospital a lot for tests and they are super duper paranoid about germs these days! Huge stations for antibacterial gel and giant posters of doctors with their hands out saying, "Stop, use the gel, someone's life may depend on it!" That H1N1 flu has everyone super freaked out!

This guy was my favourite! Clearly a huge dork that will use any excuse to put on his Star Trek uniform! LOVE IT! The funny thing is that his nick name is Bones but he is holding up his Spock fingers!

Are you worried about swine flu? a germaphobe?

Sounds like such a fun thing for the kids (and adults ;).

Love your title work...I love to buy naked chipboard or just black or white...it matches everything.

I like things to be clean...

Love the LO and I just adore how you made your tree...I must lift this idea!!!! :) I know that everywhere we go there are signs and tons of antibacterial wash for your hands...I am concerned....especially since some of our schools have been effected and we have Gavin with severe Asthma.....I must admit....I am a hand washer and have taught the boys to do the same....just being careful!!! Wishing you a wonderful day!!!! :)

It's such a simple thing to wash your hands well, but it's funny that our society needs reminding of it. Bit scarey.

I just love your work, really pretty.

the trick or trunk idea is brilliant! the layout turned out awesome and the trees are totally cute! it's amazing how many patients i hear go into the bathroom (i work in a walk-in clinic) that come out...and you don't even hear the water running....SERIOUSLY....one had diarrhea and i just about gagged...ran to the doc and told him not to shake her hand....yes, seriously! limit doctor visits....cuz that's where you get exposed because everyone is going to the doctors in a panick and expose other people while they are there. Call your doctor if you (or your family) feel you have flu symptoms and take direction from them. If they feel you need to come in then go. He he...sorry for the long message! Have a great week!

Carrie,
I like the background paper for the trees & words. The trees are perfect Halloween trees. Love the bracelet in front of the face picture. The pictures in the dark turned out so good too! Awesome page.

Did you know you put spine flu instead of swine flu? It sounds much more serious. :) I hate that antibacterial stuff it stinks and dries out your hands. I wanted a pair of gloves (2 by 2 hands of blue!) as soon as I walked into the hospital. They made me even more paranoid than usual about germs. I don't know if Mum told you but Trunk or Treat is on for this year. Yeah! See ya then.

Wow! Love your layout!! The title is awesome and I adore the trees!!!

And yes, I am a wee bit of a germaphobe :)

I'm not a germaphobe & I'm not too worried about the swine flu. I think the media over hypes everything. And we need some germs in order to have antibodies. When I was a kid we never had antibacterial anything. And somehow we all managed to stay alive.

And I love your new pages.

Love your tree with the trademark owl! Have to confess, with 3 little ones I am a HUGH germaphobe and totally paranoid of the swine flu this year... cringe just to think about it or any of my babies catching it....
