M is for money, which makes the world go round. For all you Americans out there, it's the last day to get your Taxes in so you know just what i'm talking about!
This is my page for one of the recent circle journals I am participating in. I had to pick a song (blindly from an envelope) and then represent the song on the page!
I found the Canadian money (wooo hooo) at the dollar store. I crumpled it all up and then mod podged it to the page (first time using mod podge). Then I printed off a $ symbol and covered it with bling - easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
My money question for you is: What would you buy first if you won the lottery?

The lottery? That's an easy one! I would help out my daughter and her family since her husband recently lost his job and is looking for new employment. With two toddlers, life can get expensive very fast!

First thing I would buy if I won the lottery would be a limited edition PINK (not shouting, just excited) Fiat 500.

What I weould do if I won the lottery? First I would give my children a big som of money, maybe a house in spain and France? LOL I don';t hink we will ever winn as we don;tplay in the lottery.
I always thought when my mother was at home I would hire a full time nurse. Since she's in the nursing home and loves it that's out now. Since my son can't find a job, I would probably give him a bunch. Then I would probably get another house. I always wanted a screened in back porch and a fireplace. Then maybe a summer home/cottage somewhere. The rest I'd save LOL.
too fun! hmmmm....i think i'd pay off my house if it was enough....that would open my pocketbook to all kinds of trouble every month!!! lol!

That is awesome!~ If I won the lottery the first no brainer for me would to buy My Mom and sister a home here in the Carolinas so we would all be closer! Then I would take us all to Europe!
Hey! canadian money is so colorful isn't it? Anyway , I would pay off my debts of course and buy a condo and probably a truck and a car and most likely invest in a small business then go on a long holiday or cruise somewhere , that'll be so fun .
Love your dollar sign. I am such a stick in the mud...I never play any type of lottery or gamble so I would never win. Joni

Well if it was enough money I would pay off my childrens homes along with ours. Pay for their school loans and any more education they would want and put what I could away for my grandchildren. But alas I don't play the lottery.

If I won the lottery I would finish all the undone remodeling on the farmhouse and then take a trip around the world! Travel and adventure are my life-long dream.

Great money collage! Hmmmmm, first, I'd have to play the lottery..., but if I did, and I won..., I would probably do something really boring, like park it in a bank or an investment for one year to give everyone time to decide how hey REALLY wanted to used their "cut". And with my young adult children, I would probably give them a flat, equivalent amount, plus some sort of saving incentive, like "I'll also give you $2 for every $1 you save".

Turned out great! I love Pink Floyd's Money. Great song. And since I am going to win the Lottery tonight, first thing I would buy is a trip around the world for my family for a year. That way no one could bug us for money for at least a year.

Lottery winning? hmmm... Definitely have to buy a small, really old farm somewhere. And then what? I'm just not sure!
Well, this year for the first time in about twenty years, I got a few dollars back on my taxes. I guess losing my forensic nursing job of 21 years which forced me to retire ( with a $90,000 decrease in annual income! ) was the reason. I would much rather get no taxes back and still be working.
If I won the lottery, I'd pay all my debts, buy myself a house and pay cash for it, then get my three sons all situated before beginning my travels about the world!

If I won the lottery I'd pay all my son's medical bills and then buy a small old home with character somewhere near mountains.
