I've noticed a lot of bloggers are posting about keeping it real these days! It's about showing the imperfect, but real, side of your life. So here are some REAL things about me:
1. It's like 'mouse heaven' under my kitchen table most of the time these days. Feeling too tired to care about the crumbs! ACK!
(I refuse to show a picture, it's too embarassing!)
2. The toys have taken over and the lunatics are running the asylum! Generally we clean up every day, but I have lost the ability to care and the lunatics have figured it out! They made this mountain of toys, while I was blogging, and I heard Serenity yell, "CANNONBALL" as she jumped off the slide into the mountain!
3. I do spend a ton of time in my PJ's (and so do the girls)! I figure, if we aren't going anywhere, why get dressed? This has got to change. LOL
4. I am usually a bit of a cheapskate when it comes to buying clothes. I only buy on sale or second hand. However, every once in awhile I spend a crazy amount of money on one item. Here it is:

Hi Carrie,
You are always "real" & I enjoy your frankness and sense of humor a lot. You have the wonderful ability to laugh at yourself. I have a hard time doing that & am trying to lighten up. Saw a quote I am now adopting: Life is too serious to be taken seriously! When you were born I said - she has been sent to give me comic relief because you were so fun! & thank goodness, you still are! Love ya, Mum
