Notice the beautiful white rose! I bought a six pack of them for $1.25 at the local dollar store. After the fiasco that was the one and only paper rose flower that I made myself, I decided that buying them was a much better idea! LOL
What embelly have you tried making and vowed never to do again?

You have the most adorable kids! I love the title of your layout, so cute, so reminds me of Danica... sigh... miss that - although she does still appreciate pretty flowers, but no more bouquets picked and given to me as a surprise.
Oh my littles would be so jealous of that Woody doll! We have bought so many of the smaller figures. So far we have Buzz, Woody, Bullseye, Rex, Hamm, Jesse, a martian, Stretch, and a larger slinky dog. We are in love with that movie!

Flowers are what I have made that didn't come out that good. They were ok, but not that good. I too gave up, when to Scrapbook.com and ordered 6 packs from their clearance.
What is the name of your dollar store? Like, is it a Dollar tree? I just was wondering what kind of dollar store you have!! I haven't been to mine in ages, but I will be there in an hour if they have flowers like that!!!
Great layout! and love the photo of Skyler :) I tried making crochet flowers....so NOT successful, I'm leaving the crocheting to Sue C...she makes gorgeous crochet flowers.
I don't have the patience to make flower embellies, so I just buy them. Much easier! LOL! Great layout, love the rose on it. It's perfect!

P/s: I made this fabric flower that I shared in a tutorial...it actually took a lot longer than it looked in the tutorial and it was so hard to stitch. Painful process! lol
