This morning, after I got dressed, I looked in the mirror and had a flashback to "What Not To Wear!" LOL I pictured a woman all in brown (I have on brown and khaki) and Clinton Kelly starting at her top and working his way down saying, "BLAH...........BLAH................BLAH..............SOOOOOOOO BORING!" LOL
Yup, I look like a baked potatoe today! It doesn't help that I am baking one in my belly either! But it did remind me, after a very good laugh, that I need more color in my life. When I do the laundry almost all the dark clothes are mine and Snuffy's - the girls have all the color. So, after I lose the baby weight, I am going to buy clothes in all the colors of the rainbow!

I finally found a use for those old rulers I have too. Instead of cutting paper in a wave pattern I used it to poke holes for sewing the waves.
Those black dots were made by Ranger's enamel - sort of like liquid pearls but shiny without the glitter - love it because liquid pearls doesn't come in black.

PS - Does anyone know of a good blog designer? I want to start another blog (more details later) but want it designed to my specific needs. All the designers I've seen on others blogs seem to have a 18 month wait list or are closed. HELP!

you do colour beautifully on your pages, but yeah ... you really need some irl ... I just bought a bright green tshirt at old navy for 4.99 on sale ... and i have lots of turquoise and pink, but i still gravitate to black and beige ... boring ... Karen Valentine did my blog and she is amazing, she does vintage really well ... i waited about a day ... i dont know what her schedule is like right now, but if you are thinking vintage she is totally the person to turn to!
Love the waves! Design Dollies elements challenge is waves this week, you should enter this. As for colour, I do have some colour in my wardrobe, but it's all too small (still trying to lose the baby weight, so I'm still in some maternity clothes and I'm sooooo sick of them!) so black and navy blue it is!
I know what you mean about colour or lack of. I have just put load on of dark and you guessed it its mine.
I wish I was good at scrpbooking I am great at producing copious amounts of pics and blog some but do nothing with the rest

Now i've lost quite a bit of weight I've added colour into my wardrobe and i am loving it :) :) :) mostly red, green, teal and blue..though i.m sure there is some coral pink in there too :) beats wearing blck all the time!

Yellow and orange I avoid like the plague...mainly because they make me look like I have the plague. :)
