Owl ring part deux

Jo said we have a Forever 21 but if you check their website and the mall website where it is supposed to be - NADA!!! So i asked her if she was SURE because the mall website said they had a store called Forever Young! She was sure and said it was by the Toys R Us so I called them and said, "weird question, is there a Forever 21 next to you?" Yup, Jo was right (bet she loves to hear that!) So I call 411 and get their number and call to ask if they have the owl ring and the girl says, "it's really busy right now (implied - i don't want to go look) can you call back later (and get someone else who feels like looking)?" So I wait an hour and call back and get someone else who takes me on a walk through the store while muttering to herself (hilarious, apparently she doesn't know that I am not on hold). Then she comes back on and says, "we do have them but there are only a few left." I say, "great, can you put one on hold for me for tomorrow?" (it is 8:10 pm and the store closes at 9pm) She says, "we don't do holds!" What the fudge? I say, "any reason why not?" She says, "because we sell stuff so quickly here." Great, these owl rings are like crack they sell at the speed of light! Sooooo, today I am going to be there when the store opens and MAYBE, just maybe, get me some of that crack! LOL Will update later to let you know how it goes and if the employees are rude and unhelpful in person as well!
